The BUYER wishes to purchase and BREEDER wishes to sell the following described puppy. The mutual parties agree:

The full purchase price is $_______________ with a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on today’s date in the amount of $_______________ which leaves a remaining balance due upon delivery of $_______________. This deposit will cause BREEDER to withhold sale of the puppy to any other buyer and as compensation therefore the deposit will be refunded only in the event the described puppy dies or becomes too ill or injured while in the seller’s care.

The agreed date on which possession of the puppy will be taken by BUYER is ________. If BUYER is unable take delivery on this date a daily boarding charge of $5.00/day for each day thereafter, plus any required veterinary charges levied by BREEDER will be paid by BUYER on the first date BUYER is able to take possession. BREEDER will provide registration papers if available to BUYER upon delivery of the puppy or as soon thereafter as practical if the papers have not been received by the appropriate registration.

BREEDER will ensure the puppy receives puppy wormings and will receive puppy vaccinations appropriate for its age up to the date possession transfers to BUYER.
